If you are experiencing something unexpected or unusual, such as a tour not showing, or problems in editing, then you may need to report the issue. 

However, please first review our troubleshooting guides, in case these are able to more quickly resolve the problem. 

These include advice if a tour does not show as expected, if you're not able to type, if the Chameleon Tour Editor (sidebar) does not appear etc.

If you still need to report an issue, then please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to help@trychameleon.com, and include any colleagues in cc that may have information about this or will need to review any response from us
  2. Record and send a video of the issue.
    We recommend using Loom for simple in-browser recording.
  3. Describe the issue in as much detail as possible, including steps that caused it to appear. 
  4. Ensure the Chameleon team has access to an account for your software. We will probably need to recreate this in your product, so having access to see this is critical.
